Premium Locos "Braised Locos with Pak Choi"

Preparation:

1 can New Moon Premium Locos
300g Pak Choi
200ml Broth
2 tablespoon New Moon Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Chinese Wine
2 patels Garlic (sliced)Seasoning:
1 tablespoon Mili Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon New Moon Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sesame OilPepperThickening:
1 teaspoon Corn Starch + 2 tablespoon water, mixed wellMethod:

Cooking Instructions:

1. Removed New Moon Premium Locos from can, drained and cut into slices.
2. Boiled Pak Choi, drained and placed on a plate.
3. Heat up the wok, pour in New Moon Canola Oil, fried the garlic slices, add in Chinese wine and broth.
4. Next add in the seasoning and New Moon Locos, mixed well. Lastly add in the corn starch mixture.
5. Place Locos on top of Pak Choi and serve.




Pacific Clams "Blossom Pacific Clams"

Preparation:

1 can of New Moon Pacific Clams
1 piece of fried bean curd (tao kua)
1 Japanese cucumber
1 onion
1 stalk of torch ginger bud
1 stalk of lemon grass
1 piece of chilli padiSauce:
3 tps plum sauce
2 tps calamansi juice
3 tps sugarMix together

Cooking Instructions:

1) Cut cucumber, fried bean curd and onion into pieces, chop and mash torch ginger bud, lemon grass and chilli.
2) Mix the sauce and the pacific clams together and stir well.
3) Mix (1) and (2) together and place in the fridge for 1/2 hours before serving.
