New Moon Rainbow Premium Red Cargo Congee

Preparation (Serves 4)

150gm New Moon Premium Red Cargo Rice (Soaked for 1 hour)
50gm New Moon Premium Fragrant Rice
80gm New Moon Pacific Clams
2 pcs Dried Mushroom, soaked and sliced into cubes
2 pcs Turkey Sausage, sliced into 1 cm pieces
2 tsp New Moon Premium Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp New Moon Premium Corn Oil
85gm Snow Peas, cut into 1cm pieces
40gm Red Onion, diced
2 cubes Chicken Stock
1 tsp Salt
40gm Garnish Coriander

Cooking Instructions:

1. Stir fry turkey sausages with New Moon Premium Corn Oil until golden brown and remove from oil.
2. Stir fry red onion and mushroom for 1 minute.
3. Place above cooked ingredients into a claypot, add New Moon Premium Light Soy Sauce and 2 litres of water with
    chicken stock and salt.
4. Add in New Moon Premium Red Cargo Rice and New Moon Premium Fragrant Rice, stir occasionally over low heat
    for 1.5 to 2 hours until it has a porridge like texture.
5. Toss in New Moon Pacific Clams, snow peas and sausages and stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with
    coriander.
