New Moon Green Curry Recipe
Preparation (Serve 4-6):
400g chicken (deboned) or meat of your choice
1 packet New Moon Green Curry Paste
125ml low fat milk (for a healthier choice)/coconut milk
130g brinjal (cut into wedges)
75g green peas
30g basil leaf
100ml water
2 tablespoons New Moon Pure Olive Oil (30ml)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat New Moon Pure Olive Oil in wok, stir-fry chicken / meat for 5 minutes until almost cooked.
2. Add New Moon Green Curry Paste and brinjal, stir for about 3 minutes.
3. Add green peas, water, coconut milk and basil leaf, cook for another 15-20 minutes.
4. Mix well. Ready to serve.
